If you think that spending hours and hours in a classroom is the only way to complete your course work MSI has great news for you. Our online real estate courses are designed for the highly mobile individual who may wish to access the real estate course from multiple computers. S/he has a fast reliable internet connection and is comfortable with internet-based applications.

CD-ROM Student (This link takes you to the CD-ROM Real Estate page and more information.)

CD-ROM students have the ability to access the real estate course from one computer. S/he has a dial-up modem or older computer equipment and is not totally comfortable with internet-based applications. However, with the CD-ROM real estate courses you do have the ability to refer back to the course as often as you would like after you have completed the course.

Our new Hybrid Learning Approach is designed for students who may not be sure about taking a real estate class online or by CD ROM. However, one thing is certain they do not want to spend hours and hours in a classroom. MSI's new hybrid learning approach provides students the opportunity to interact with an instructor in a classroom setting. With our new hybrid learning approach there is no required classroom time because students take the required course work online or by CD-ROM.

It’s easy to get a Florida real estate license. It only requires sitting through a 63-hour pre-licensing class (can’t miss more than 8 hours); pass a 100 question (multiple choice) test and you’ve got your license.

Because it is so easy there is a revolving door syndrome in our industry. People spend a lot of time and money sitting in a classroom, the old-fashioned format to getting their license. Six months later this old-fashion approach leads them to the revolving door.

Ulrich Leinhase, GRI, Real Estate Educator

Ulrich began his real estate career as a salesperson and then real estate broker. He left the private sector to being a federal career with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He started as a Realty Specialist, then Contracting Officer, then Chief of the Single Family Housing Division, and finished his career as Chief Property Officer.

During Ulrich's federal service he couldn't participate in the private real estate sector because everything related to real estate was considered a conflict of interest except teaching. And that's how he started his real estate teaching career.

After a successful career with HUD, Ulrich opened his own real estate school and real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Jacksonville Florida.

Ulrich hosted his own radio program, "The Cash Flow Dynamo™" on WOKV. This was a live call-in real estate show that provided answers to buying, selling and investment questions on Florida’s First Coast.

Ulrich is the Permit Holder of Maximum Success, Incorporated, the Real Estate School in Jacksonville, Florida. He is actively involved teaching pre-licensing, post-licensing, and professional development courses and workshops.

Ulrich is the principle broker of Maximum Success, Incorporated, Real Estate Services, a full service real estate brokerage, and Realty Referral, Group, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm for licensees who do not want to actively list or sell but want to earn referral fees.

In Jacksonville you can tune in to Home Game Jacksonville on Comcast cannel 29 Wednesday evenings at 8:00. Ulrich discusses buying, selling and investing in real estate on Florida’s First Coast.
